On July 10 — China successfully captured the coming back big space rocket, the Long March-10B carrier rocket on a seaborne platform via an innovative net-capture system, which marked China’s first successful controlled recovery of a carrier rocket’s first stage and representing a major breakthrough in the country’s reusable rocket technology.
This new achievement was also supported by many vessels, major seaborne platform ( Linghangzhe/Pathfinder ) was built by Guangzhou Shipyard International, which easuring 144 meters by 50 meters with a full-load displacement of 25,000 tonnes, the vessel serves as the crucial foundation for this system. And among other vessels, Norway Ulstein designed vessel The Zhi Cheng 60 hepled transfer the staff for checking and relevant preparation before rocket recovery on seaborne platform as the photo shown.

The Zhi Cheng 60 is an ULSTEIN SX197 design measuring 72.6m in length and 17.5m in beam. It can accommodate 60 people and has a deck area of 400 sqm. which is built by ZPMC and owned by Shanghai Electric Group.
The vessels is outfitted with a cutting-edge battery energy storage system and a DC-based Common Main Drive System, which accommodate the main propulsion drives, the thruster drives and the main distribution system, and high-capacity DP2 dynamic positioning systems. it also features advanced walk-to-work motion-compensated gangways, offshore cranes, and high-speed daughter crafts, ensuring safe and efficient transfer of personnel and spare parts for wind turbine maintenance.
